Upon arrival it looked more like a motel.. going in it looks like they are putting a lot of work and effort to make it look nicer. They gave us a room that was very bare… not like the pictures. We talked to them and they showed us 3 different rooms so that we could pick one we liked. After we picked one to our liking, everything went smooth. The biggest feature, though, was the heated pool and hot tubs. We enjoyed this very much. All spring mineral water, no chlorine smell. Staff was fantastic and everyone we came across was very helpful and friendly. If you enjoy sushi, Best Sushi Grill was awesome. We also ordered pizza from a restaurant named Rocky’s and it was great as well. All very short drives! They have a rec room/restaurant attached to lobby but they are not functioning at the moment. We hope to see that open and running in the future too. I would definitely stay here again and would love to see more upgrades.

I loved the room that was given to us with a balcony and an area outside the rooms overlooking the pool area with couches to lounge. The playroom area was also fun with a pingpong table and a foosball table. I found the hotel clean and simple. It was quite busy but quiet at night. I also loved the soap dispenser in the shower, very ecological. The staff was friendly and helpful. We walked out for dinner and there was a grocery store right across the hotel.

Unfortunately, we stayed one night, so didn't have the opportunity of utilizing the various amenities that were available at this unique hotel (i.e., room with separate mineral pool and various spa offerings). We would consider staying here in the future.

The little girl that checked me in was exceptional. This was most surely one of the nicest places I've ever stayed.
